Why are these services paid?The main reason is that Elitaly wants to offer you the best; therefore, the value lies precisely in the quality of the information we provide to our customers, always personalized and listening to your needs.

What do your suggestions actually consist of?The consulting plan consists of the following: You tell us what you want to do or what your interests are in Italy; We prepare a series of documents, maps and itineraries that will give you personalized directions on where to go and what to see; Get in touch with us so we can give you a typical template of the type of documents you will receive; If you wish, we can also have an online session to better meet your needs, included in the price.

How long does it take for Elitaly to plan my trip?Ideally, you should contact us at least 3 months in advance, but don't worry...we can also accommodate last-minute needs :)

Do you offer discounts on the booking service?Normally yes, but we cannot guarantee 100%.

Do you also book flights?No, we don't normally do this. We can, however, provide valuable tips on airlines and transportation in general.

What is meant by special requests in the VIP package?The main advantage of the VIP membership is that we assist you online during the entire trip. You can call us for anything, including the following: - last minute changes;- Special arrangements;- Travelling with children who require special assistance;- Advice if something goes wrong and you need assistance (hospitals, babysitters, etc.).
