Conditions of participation in the program
Please read our conditions of participation in the Program. In fact, we reserve the right to examine and possibly reject word-of-mouth actions that do not comply with the following criteria:
1. Registration
Registration for the ‘Elitaly Affiliate Program’ takes place online by registering at the link on the site. After an internal check, you can send to your email address and it will be forwarded to your friends/acquaintances.
2. Right to participate in the program
All those who are registered customers on Elitaly and have previously placed orders (with payment) can participate in the Program. Unfortunately, returns cannot be considered actual orders.
3. Who can I send the recommendation email to?
Your recommendation email can be sent to all people in your circle of friends and acquaintances as long as they have never previously ordered on the Elitaly site, www.elitaly.club.
Please note: you cannot send the email to yourself or to a person with the same address as you.
The Program is not valid for recommendations made in the past.
4. What does the recipient of my Word of Mouth Advertising receive?
The recipient will receive a welcome email.
5. What will my reward be?
As a thank you for the referral, you will receive variable commissions depending on the products and services offered by Elitaly, at the discretion of Elitaly itself. You will be able to collect your reward only if the recipient of your referral meets the requirements indicated in point 3, opens a new customer account using the same email address you indicated in the referral email and completes their first purchase on Elitaly, with a minimum amount of €20. The order is to be considered valid only after payment has been made and without any return of the goods.
6. How does the delivery of the Reward work?
We will send you a notification email when the person you referred places an order.
7. How many referral emails can I send?
Elitaly srl will pay the monthly commissions. Approximately 60 days after the end of each month in which the purchase was made, we will send you a check or deposit your commissions directly into your bank account.
8. Updating your customer account:
In addition, you will be able to see the number of people you have referred and the rewards received in your customer account.
IMPORTANT: For privacy reasons, we can only provide the number of people referred and not the information relating to their private data and orders placed.
9. Privacy
By participating in this program, you automatically consent to the use of your name and email address, together with that of the person you referred, for the execution of the Elitaly Affiliate Program. This data will not be transmitted to third parties.
10. Modifications or termination of the Program
Elitaly srl reserves the right to modify the conditions of participation or to terminate the program at any time.
